Morning Nature Walk!

We love playing music at the park

Making Rapunzel hair with Play Doh :)

This cutie was super nervous about his pediatrician check-up. He was teary-eyed, asking to go home every 2 minutes, but we prayed, squeezed Pooh bear tight, held Mommy's hand...and he did great! After, he said "Mommy! I'm all done! Pooh Bear and Jesus and Mommy helped me be brave! I'm so proud of myself."

Finally moved to a booster seat! #stopgrowing

Maryland Renaissance Festival

This weekend, we went to the Maryland Renaissance Festival; our neighbors invited us, so we decided to check it out!

The kids were amazed at all the fun costumes, and there was SO much to see. From glass blowing and axe throwing to jousting and dancing, it was a whole new world for us to explore. To say that some people get into the spirit of things is probably an understatement :)

The kids were deputized so they could issue a citation to our friends for making us wait for them haha. They weren't quite sure what to make of this character, and we decided to show mercy instead of requiring some goats and chickens ;)

The kids were most excited to just be there with our sweet friend C; I'm thankful for these sweet little friendships!

We watched a bird show, played on a playground, enjoyed some yummy fair food, and otherwise, just explored the fair grounds. There was so much to see, and many people were "in character," so there were shows to watch on every corner.

While we may not be diving into the world of cosplay anytime soon, it was a fun adventure with friends, and we are thankful for sweet memories with our crew!
