April 10, 2016: Today Mike and I wandered around a baby store. We know it's really early, but we wanted to let ourselves dream a little for a bit. And he said we had to buy at least 1 thing before we could leave. So we bought a super soft baby blanket and some bibs. This might seem like a silly thing for some, but for us, it is what we have wanted to do for so long. It was a sweet day together, and I'm thankful that he helps me remember to enjoy what the Lord has done for us.

Our embryo adoption journey is far from over, and in many ways has just begun. But that brings us up to date on our journey so far. We are thankful for this incredible gift, and we stand in awe of God's unique way of growing our family. We can't wait to see how He continues to write our story!
